Amanda Solitro is an Extension Associate at the Texas Coastal Watershed Program. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University at Galveston where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Ocean and Coastal Resources. Amanda interned with TCWP for 2.5 years while completing her Masters degree in Marine Resources Management. Amanda joined the TCWP full time in February 2016 where she works with the CERC team planning Resiliency Workshops and using GIS to facilitate planning exercises, conducting hazard mitigation and plan review to summarize in reports for communities, and updating various program websites using WordPress.
