Walter McLendon Peacock is a resiliency coordinator and urban planner.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he obtained a degree in Urban and Regional Science and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning. His is responsible for community outreach and organizing resiliency workshops for the CERC project.
